Colin's submission contained all the correct solutions plus this one:

0 + 1 equals a perfect square (of 1 ). Half of 0 is 0 .
0 + 1 is the square of 1

I never thought  of "the zero option," but it's a perfectly valid answer!  Well done, and thanks for the contribution.
